Birler Çelik , Established in 1976 and head quarter in Zeytinburnu İstanbul, our company, with the principle of continuous growth and vision to always move forward, is one of the leading companies in the sector today. What We Do
Our factory is located in Orhan Gazi/Bursa (4,700m2), with an additional service centre/factory located in Beylikduzu İstanbul (6,700m2), also an upcoming new factory arriving in Yalova (12,000m2). We are the first in Turkey with the facilities and skills required for hardening and tempering coil steel in grades c45e, c67s, c75s and 51CrV4. Operating solely with precision high materials ranging from Carbon steel strips, with our main grades C10E, C15E, C45E, C60S, C67S, C75S, 51CrV4, 16MnCr5 and 42CrMo4, Stainless steel strips and Phosphor Bronze strips all of which can be produced with thicknesses starting from 0.05 mm up to 10 mm. With six slitting lines and a cut to length line we have the ability to slit widths of minimum 2.6 mm and maximum1500 mm, additionally offering edge rounding and serving special thickness tolerance by pinch pass line, catering for all your needs.
